With almost 2 decades of experience in finance and accounting, our team brings a comprehensive skill set built on a foundation of hands-on expertise across fundraising, financial forecasting and modeling, accounting operations, and cap table management. As a CPA and MBA, Patrick has worked closely with growth-stage and emerging companies to build the financial infrastructure needed to scale — overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, developing detailed financial models, and managing equity structures with precision and care. Patrick's experience spans both the strategic and operational sides of finance, giving clients confidence that every aspect of their financial health is being managed by a seasoned professional who understands the full picture.
